All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment for in-stock items. For custom or bulk orders imported from Pakistan, processing time will depend on the manufacturing schedule and order quantity. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be notified via email with further details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Delivery times for in-stock items:
- Local (BC, Canada): 2-5 business days
- Other Provinces in Canada: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days (customs delays may apply)
For custom or bulk orders imported from Pakistan, delivery times will vary based on production timelines and shipping arrangements. Estimated delivery will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. For bulk or custom imports, tracking details will be provided once goods are dispatched from our manufacturing partners.

Lost or Damaged Packages
