Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times for custom, private-label, or bulk wholesale orders sourced from international manufacturing partners vary based on production schedules, order volume, and quality control timelines. Estimated production and dispatch timelines are provided during quotation and order confirmation. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with dispatch and tracking details when the shipment is handed over to the carrier or freight forwarder.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted based on package weight, dimensions, service level, and destination. Typical delivery ranges for in-stock items are:
British Columbia: 1–3 business days
Other Canadian provinces: 3–5 business days
International shipments: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions)
Delivery timelines for custom, private-label, or bulk wholesale orders vary based on production lead times and the shipping method selected. Estimated schedules are provided at order confirmation or contract approval.
All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, carrier capacity, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carriers
JAMSCA works with established carriers and logistics partners, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on destination, service level, and shipment size. Carrier selection may vary based on operational requirements and service availability.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are shared by email when available. For bulk wholesale shipments or international manufacturing dispatches, tracking information is provided once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier or freight forwarder. Customers may track shipments directly on the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery status.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance charges imposed by local authorities, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., DDP terms). JAMSCA does not control or pre-collect these fees. Customers are encouraged to consult their local customs office regarding applicable import requirements prior to placing an order.
Delivery Inspection & Freight Claims
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage, shortages, or packaging issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Failure to record issues at the time of delivery may significantly impact or void eligibility for freight claims.
Any concealed damage or discrepancies must be reported to JAMSCA within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact info@jamsca.com promptly. JAMSCA will assist with initiating carrier investigations or claims where applicable. Resolution timelines depend on carrier processes and claim review outcomes. JAMSCA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside of our reasonable control.
