Returns & Claims Policy
JAMSCA accepts returns only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled in wholesale orders. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or claim, you must notify JAMSCA within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Proof of the issue, including clear photos or videos, must be provided for assessment.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied. This includes customized or private-label products, made-to-order uniforms and apparel, clearance or liquidation stock, and bulk specials or discounted lots.
How to Submit a Return or Claim
To initiate a return request or damage or shortage claim, contact JAMSCA by email at info@jamsca.com or by phone at
778-716-6420 ext. 800 or 778-804-1555. Please include your order number or invoice number, clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, JAMSCA will provide return instructions or a return shipping label, depending on the case.
Refunds, Credits & Replacements
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Original shipping, handling, customs, and clearance fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by JAMSCA. For defective or incorrectly supplied items, replacement goods may be issued at no cost, subject to product availability.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrectly fulfilled items. JAMSCA does not offer exchanges for size changes, preference changes, or custom-made or private-label orders.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Delivery Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting goods at delivery and noting any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Failure to note damage at delivery may void freight claims. All goods remain the property of JAMSCA Solutions Ltd. until full payment is received. JAMSCA reserves the right to decline any return or claim that does not meet the above criteria. Return approvals do not constitute acceptance of liability beyond the value of the original goods supplied.
