JAMSCA provides OEM and private-label manufacturing for sports balls, team sportswear, and selected safety gear categories through established production partners. Our programs support clubs, academies, retailers, and institutional buyers seeking consistent quality, scalable production, and reliable delivery.

This guide outlines available customization options, our production workflow, commercial terms, and general timelines.

Soccer Balls:

• Panel and base color customization

• Multiple logo placements with defined print sizes

• Private label branding, OEM programs, and custom model naming

• Packaging options (individual box, polybag, bulk export cartons)

• Size and specification options (Size 4 and Size 5 with controlled tolerances)

• Construction methods (hand-stitched, hybrid stitched, thermal bonded)

• Quality control standards (air retention, rebound performance, dimensional tolerances)

• Artwork requirements in vector formats (AI or PDF)

Sportswear:

• Custom colorways and design themes

• Fabric options (interlock, mesh, performance polyester with GSM ranges)

• Youth and adult sizing programs

• Printing methods (full sublimation, heat transfer, screen printing)

• Custom pattern elements (collars, panels, trims, sleeve styles)

• Private labeling (neck labels, hang tags, branded polybags)

OEM and private-label customization is available for selected safety and workwear categories (subject to product type and certification requirements):

How Our Customization Process Works:

1) Inquiry & Requirements
Share the product category (sports balls, sportswear, or safety gear), intended use, target quantities, branding requirements, and delivery destination.

2) Design & Specification
Submit artwork in vector format (AI or PDF). We finalize colors, materials, construction methods, sizing, packaging, and compliance requirements (where applicable).

3) Sample Development & Approval
Pre-production samples or fabric swatches are prepared for quality evaluation prior to bulk production.

4) Production, QC & Delivery
Bulk production follows approved samples, with quality checks and shipment under agreed commercial terms.

Commercial & Payment Terms

• Samples: Prepaid. Sample and courier charges apply. Sample costs may be adjusted against the first bulk order.

• Production Payments: 50% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 50% payable after production completion and prior to shipment.

• Incoterms: EX-Factory (EXW), FOB, CIF, or DDP available based on project scope and destination. For initial programs, EX-Factory (EXW) is preferred.

• Payment Method: Bank transfer (wire). Other methods are subject to agreement.

Wholesale Pricing, MOQs & Lead Times

• Wholesale Pricing & MOQs: Tiered wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities apply based on construction method, customization scope, and order volume. Detailed pricing and MOQs are provided upon request.

• Typical Lead Times:

  • Sample development: approximately 7–14 days, plus courier transit time

  • Custom production: approximately 25–45 days after final artwork approval

  • Delivery timelines vary by shipping method and destination

• Price Basis: EX-Factory (EXW) pricing excludes international freight, duties, taxes, and local delivery unless otherwise agreed. Final pricing may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, exchange rates, and market conditions.

Quality, Packaging & Shipping

• Quality Assurance: Pre-production samples are approved prior to mass production. Each production batch undergoes visual inspection and construction checks.

• Packaging: Standard bulk export packaging is used unless otherwise specified. Retail-ready or custom packaging options are available upon request and subject to order volume.

• Shipping: In-stock items (where applicable) typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom production ships per confirmed lead time.
