Consequently, you must complete full payment at checkout or as per the agreed commercial terms before we process or ship any order.
In addition, JAMSCA reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. As a result, we may cancel or adjust affected orders and issue a refund where appropriate.
3. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Processing times and delivery timelines serve as estimates only. Therefore, they may vary based on stock availability, customization, production lead times, and carrier performance.
Moreover, JAMSCA is not responsible for delays that shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control cause. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once we hand the order over to the shipping carrier.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing information remain accurate. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
In addition, product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences, lighting conditions, or screen settings. JAMSCA may correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations follow JAMSCA’s Return & Refund Policy, which may vary by product category.
Therefore, customized, OEM, bulk, or made-to-order products generally remain non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. You may cancel orders only before processing or production begins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAMSCA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Accordingly, customers use all products at their own risk. JAMSCA does not accept responsibility for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow provided instructions.
