JAMSCA accepts returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items in wholesale orders.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging materials.

Customized products, made-to-order uniforms, clearance stock, and bulk specials are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds & Credits

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no cost, subject to product availability.

We do not offer exchanges for size changes, preference changes, or custom-made items in wholesale orders.
